My sent emailis bouncing

The popup that you have received is the legit campaign for "AVG Secure VPN" product and sorry if that sounded frightening.
The message displayed is to show the necessity for having a VPN application which will secure the online privacy and protect the internet connection.
Issue with your email isn't due to this popup or shouldn't be due to AVG.
Let us confirm this, by disabling AVG protection temporarily.
Open AVG Antivirus/Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode"
Slide the cursor to turn off the protection temporarily.
Check the status with the email.

I sure hope that I can get help. I'm very frustrated.  An AVG window popped up  and warned me about people being able to"see me". You made it sound dangerous so I told you to fix it.  Now sent emails are bouncing.  I'm guessing that this might have something to do with AVG.  If this is the case how can I undo whatever it was that I did? This is the first time since setting up my Outlook email accounts that  there has been bouncing mail.
