My simple website is blocked as "Threat"

I just went on that website and i got a notifaction from AVG " Threat secured!" and saying

I am writing a simple website, parts are already functional but it is still work in progress.
AVG poped up a dialog box "Threat secured! We have safely locked this file in your quarantine."

There is no threat or malware placed there by myself. So as far as I can tell it is a false positive.
There are 3 issues:
1) what to do to get AVG to stop blocking my website (and I do not mean add exception, as it will work only on my own PC and not on computers of people visiting my website)
2) what have I done to trigger anger of AVG gods,
3) where to find the quarantined file, it does not show in "quarantine"
I am using AVG AntiVirus Free 17.5.3022 definitions: 170819-0
