Hey Andriy. Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you!
I’m Jovana from AVG Customer Support. My colleagues asked me to step in and assist with your issue.
I understand your website is being blocked by AVG’s antivirus engines, and I’m really sorry for the trouble this is causing. Just so you know, false positives are reviewed automatically. If the detection isn’t cleared within 48-72 hours, it means our engines are still flagging your website as a potential issue.
Make sure your website follows our clean guidelines, which you can check out here: AVG Threat Labs - Clean guidelines | AVG (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=avg-threat-lab-clean-guideline)
If the detection keeps happening after that, you can submit the false positive report again.
Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you need any more assistance.

Good day! I have already sent several times an email complaining that my site is blocked by your AVG antivirus, saying that my site is a scam. If you do not fix it, I will file a lawsuit in court. Or provide me with proof that my site is a scam!!! indicator 3f368048521f/2024-08-27T15:07:12.199Z
Hello Andriy.
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We are really sorry to know that you are unable to open Outlook webpage.
We'll certainly check and help you out.
We suggest you check if you are using the latest version of AVG Internet Security application and virus definitions are updated.
A false positive is any clean file flagged as malicious. False positives may sometimes occur in any antivirus software because of new virus definitions being added to the application database.
If any website is incorrectly flagged as malicious, you can report this using the Report a suspected false positive webform (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/report-false-positive#pc).
In the meantime, you can exclude certain files, folders, or websites from scanning to speed up your scans or to avoid false-positive detections. Please refer the following article for detailed steps: (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-antivirus-scan-exclusions&q=exception&supportType=home )
I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach us again if you need any other help with AVG.
Thank you and keep us updated.

My problem was never solved.
Can you give me an answer?
I sent a request twice using the link you wrote me, my email address is a**********@gmail.com. You have all the data, my site was checked for viruses. All clear!!!
Hello Andriy. Thank you for getting back to me and sorry for the delay.
I understand your frustration, and I appreciate you sharing your concerns. I am truly sorry for the whole experience.
While it’s good to hear that you’ve checked the site and everything is clean, we still rely on the reporting process for false positives.
I recommend submitting a report for the false positive again so our team can re-evaluate it. I understand how tiring this process can be, and I appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it.
Have a nice day!

Hello Andriy,

Jovana Letica , we have checked the site for viruses everything is clean, there are no problems with the engine too. My site has not yet passed the indeskatsiya, payment systems are not yet connected. But this does not mean that my site is a threat to visitors! I'm sick of sending emails with false positives and nothing changes. No one here in this chat room can solve the problem. You can not put my site manually in the ignore list, as I do to get to my site. This is ridiculous!
My problem was never solved.
