My subscription disappeared

I've head annual AVG Ultimate subsription for quite some time. 
my last (automatic) payment to AVG was on 26th April 2021, but today I saw on my InternetSecurity app that "my subscription expired". And there is nothing on my account, no recent payments, no subscription.
And when I tried to use support chat for some reason the button "start chat" doesn't do anything (on both chrome and firefox)

It's quite irritating. I would like either a refund or to renew my subscription
