My subscription is not showing my new purchase of ultimate bundle

Good Evening

I bought my avg ultimate for multi device for 2 years
I manage to activate on my pc with the activating code however when i log into my avg account i cannot see my new subscription  
I cannot add to my other devices 

Please help
I need to add to my android mobile and ipad
