My subscription not listed in to my account

I do understand the inconvenience you have faced, I will definitely try my best to fix it for you. Please be informed that product purchased from Google Play store does not appear in online AVG MyAccount. Did you login to AVG app on your android device and windows devices to activate the Pro features? If not, please follow the instructions below to complete the activation.

For Android:
1. Open the installed AVG app.
2. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
3. Select AVG Account.
4. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.

For Windows devices:

1. Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
2. Click Connect in the top part of the window.
3. Click Connect to an existing Zen Network.
4. Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
5. AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.
