I had to reset my computer as a result I had to reinstall my service.  However, all I received was the temporary service.  So I tried logging into my account.  When I did that it said that it was setting things up, but nothing happened.  My question is how do I get Total AV Pro back after all I did pay for it.  Please let me know how to accomplish this.
