I've been receiving e-mails repeatedly from AVG stating that the credit card payment for my annual subscription could not be processed, even though I've updated my details as requested. But what is also worrying me is whether or not I have already overpaid: I first joined AVG on 10th August 2021 and paid the annual subscription of £74.99 by credit card. Then a further payment was made for the same amount on 17th November 2021. I can't remember what this was for or why it happened but on reflection it looks as though I have overpaid  and that my subscription should be valid until 17/11/2022.
