My subscriptions don’t show in my subscriptions

I have the same exact problem, I just started my subcription so I still have 54 days left until I am charged but I've been trying for a week and cannot cancel. Contact options are live chat and phone, live chat never loads, and the phone number I believe is US which I cannot phone.

I hope you get this resolved.

My subscriptions page show nothing. I have internet security, driver update and tune-up. I wish to cancel some. Support does not answer emails. They are charging me too much. Is anyone in there?
