My subscriptions don't show up

There is nothing. No subscriptions, no order history. Nothing. Is there a difference between AVG Internet security that I have and something else? If those products aren't the current ones, then why was I allowed to renew them? My AVG for my phone is what is current on Google play. Am I missing something?

Regardless, shouldn't is show up either way? 

Despite having AVG for both pc and android, nothing shows up in my account. How can I monitor these things if my account shows up with zero order history for either device?
