On August 20, 2025, my subscriptions for my AVG Ultimate VIP programs expire.
On June 2, I bought AVG Ultimate for 79.99 euros to save costs. That has now been paid.. That means that starting August 20, AVG Breach Guard and AVG Driver Update will be canceled by me because of the costs.
To my great surprise, the new AVG Ultimate subscription only runs until April 28, 2026. Isn’t that a mistake? A subscription is valid for a year, isn’t it? I bought AVG Ultimate at the beginning of June.
I would have liked my newly purchased AVG Ultimate subscription to only start when my old subscriptions expire after August 20. That doesn’t seem to be possible. That means that I have unnecessary double subscriptions for more than two months. In addition, the new AVG Ultimate subscription only runs until the end of April 2026. That means a loss of time and money. Is there really no other way? Hopefully you know the solution.
