My tune up STILL does not accept my code

I have been on to you for days now , I do not know what happened to my tuneup , I lost my dashboard etc , all I can get is the maimtainance …I have been in touch with you a couple of times , you verified my number , I copied and Pasted it , but it still says its not correct…please can you sort this out please
