Open AVG Secure VPN-> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate it and check its status.
December 1 2018 I bought myself AVG VPN for one year. December 31 I got a message that my trial version had expired. Yet I did pay in full,.
What I hate is that I am appearantly obliged to fix this somehow myself. AVG has no direct servicedesk. All has to be solved by articles you have to find and read and try.
But why do I have to become their problemsolver? This will cost me a day!
How come AVG sees my paid order as a trialversion?
