I have cancelled my subscription but they have taken the money from my credit card and I have just spent the last 2 hours trying to get in touch with them. My account has no subscription listed so I cannot do it that way. Their phone numbers do not connect and I have yet to find an email. I have never encountered a company who are un contactable. Please help. I need my £84.99 back in my bank account.

Contact your bank ASAP, explain that you didn’t authorise the payment and that there is no number to contact in the UK.
I have being waiting 8 days to get my money back from AVG can’t get in tough with customer and I’m out of options here does anyone have any ideas on what to contact the staff through an online chat somehow?
Leave a trust pilot review to get a response from AVG. Contact your payment provider/bank and explain the situation too.
