Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem. Ich habe mein ESET Antivirusprogramm deinstalliert, mehrfach mein AVG Progam über AVG Clear entfernt , trotzdem kommt immer wieder dieselbe idiodische Meldung. Nervt total.Was kann ich jetzt noch machen?

You have purchased the AVG PC TuneUp and Virus Removal assurance on Oct 31, 2019.
However, you previous had a AVG PC TuneUp which has been recently renewed on Nov 14, 2019. We could see that you have initially subscribed for the product on11/14/18. Later it has been renewed to an annual subscription, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
Let us know, if you wish to have refund for the duplicate charge.
Today I received a notice that the Tune Up subscription has been renewed a second time (hence a duplication of what I had done on Oct 31. Order # 69226717000 AMT of $47
