Need An Old Activation Number

Since my computer is old, and so is the O/S (Windows 7 SP-1), and my financial situation is poor, my intention was to use AVG PC Tune Up to get a little extra life out of my current setup. It was only after I purchased PC Tune Up, and tried to install it, that I was shown a notice from AVG stating that my CPU does not contain the EEC2 instruction set - or words similar to that - and therefore it cannot run the AVG PC Tune Up program. After the AVG Help website failed to provide a solution, I searched for Old Versions of AVG Tune Up, and found one from 2014 that would install OK. Then I couldn't get an activation number that would work with the older version. Once again, AVG stated that it couldn't help me, but I find that very hard to believe. I'll bet they buckets of unused activation numbers that they could have given me, and I feel that's what they should have done. Especially since I paid for the software, combined with the fact that, had they given me the EEC2 instruction set warning up front, I wouldn't have bought the software. In this dog eat dog world, which is full of hackers, it's a sad commentary that an honest guy gets treated this way.
