Need to disable Application check on my development system

AVG Behavior shield is the feature which scans the app for any malicious content.
If you would like, you can add this app to Allowed apps list.

I write apps with visual studio, every time I run my app in debug mode AVG captures the app and it takes 15 seconds or so before I can proceed.  This needs to not happen.  Can I disable this feature for a specific app or do I need to uninstall Avg completely?
