I find that I have two accounts open for two email addresses, but with the same password. I. am getting messages on one of them about expiry of AVG tuneup subscription, but I also had an earlier message that it would be auto renewed. This may not have happened because the credit card stored is no longer valid ?
What I want to achieve is to merge all my uptodate subscription information on my newer account(with a gmail address) and then to close the older (btinternet) one.
At present the gmail account shows no subs and the older btinternet one does not show a renewed AVG tuneup sub.
