You can contact Microsoft regarding Windows 8.1 upgrade. After the upgrade please check if the AVG application/settings restored. If not, you can contact us and we will help you to do a fresh installation of AVG Ultimate.

Had a problem with computer and I had to refresh it, never did this before and found out didn't know it would restore computer to 8.0 Windows when I purchased it.,  Now I am having problems trying to download 8.1 as it almost does it but at the end in one area it will only go 82% of the way and this went on for a half hour so I shut it down and now it is back to 8.0  Should it take a half hour or more in downloading one particular section and are all my AVG settings restored as well
