Network adaptor

We would like to inform you that it is not necesary to uninstall the program when you suspect if that it causing the issue. Instead you can disable the AVG program by turning off to check if that is causing the issue.
If the issue is caused by AVG, the uninstallation should resolve the computer freezing issue.
In your case the issue still persists after the uninstallation of AVG programs. So we request you to contact your Internet Service provider for further assistance.

My son got a new computer and installed our AVG antivirus and VPN today.  The computer froze and he had to manually shut down.  When he turned it back on there was no internet connection.  He uninstalled the VPN and it removed his network adaptor.  We have tried everything on google and on this page and nothing has worked.  He even reset the computer to "new:" and still not internet and no network adaptor
