Same issue here, "Scan new Networks Automatically" and " Rescan home networks automatically" are both disabled. Can you please provide with the solution? Thank you in advance.
Hi Tony,
We will help you in this.
You can disable that option in the settings, to access Network Inspector, click Computer in the main application screen and select Open on the Network Inspector tile
You can check the same in the below link : https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Antivirus-FAQ
In Settings under Network Inspector I have a tick box which says "Scan new Networks Automatically" and " Rescan home networks automatically". I have unticked both of these on the PC but still get the Scan window when startining up the pc from wake up or start up. I would add that the problem does not occur on my laptop which has both the above boxes ticked/enabled.
How to disable Network Inspector from scanning every time the pc wakes or boots up.

Could you share us the screenshot of the scan page when you boot the PC?

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thank you for the screenshot, Tony
Go to Menu >> Settings an check if there is option to disable the automatic scan.
Opening Network Inspector only gives me the scan screen. There is no link to settings.
