Network problems

Hello James,

I understand this must be upsetting. I would love to help you with this. Please disable AVG program temporarily (right click on AVG icon located in system tray) and check if you are able to connect with network devices. If the issue is resolved after disabling, please apply the below settings in AVG Firewall

Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from Public to Private.

Also, follow the steps in this article https://help.avg.com/en/avg_free/17/settings_fw_system_rules.html to enable all the configurations of corresponding traffic.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
