Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I got a new android phone. I tried to load avg pro to this new device, and it will not go to pro. It only loaded the free version. And when I try to upgrade it, it wants me to pay again. What am I doing wrong ?
