I've checked our records and see that the renewal order for AVG Internet Security is completed but the payment is not settled yet. It may take a minimum of 7- 8 business days to receive the payment when the order if placed via Wire Transfer.
Since you have tried multiple times, it results in a duplicate order. To avoid duplicate charge, I cancelled one of the order of AVG Internet Security multi-device.

Hello, on 2019.09.01 I tried to renew my license and when entering data for a transfer from my account the bank wanted corrections so many times that in the end I sent money with the Transaction title: Transfer of funds instead of the required one: Wire Transfer Reference Number, which of course I have, I entered earlier, but at the next the patch has disappeared, which I did not notice. The license expires on 13/09/2019. What now?
