You should receive offer for remote support to help you install activate AVG.
You didn't receive license number because you purchased AVG Protection (is is activated using AVG MyAccount). Since you also have AVG Ultimate which also contain AVG Protection, I would like to issue you refund for last order if you agree (please confirm it).

I renewed my subscription on 05/01/15 and cannot get a new licee number, I  have asked for one but the number that was sent says wrong format and will not go thru. Invoice # 2802695926.
