I had a subscription which was due to expire on 29th April 2022. Instead of renewing I bought a new subscription for three years in ten devices. This started a few days before the current one expired and runs until 26th April 2025. I have the VPN app which is running fine and shows the new subscription but the avg security app seem to only be running on basic possibly free cover. When I try to upgrade using my new subscription it will not let me do this saying the subscription number is invalid. HELP!
