Hi Parn,

We're glad to clarify this for you.
Since your license is enrolled to automatic renewal, the AVG program shows the next renewal date (30 days prior expiry), instead of the expiry date.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 or 45 days of expiry & licenses enrolled to automatic renewal will be renewed 15 or 30 days prior expiry. 
This is to ensure that the continuous protection service is provided.

My Subscribed date is December 16,2021.But in "My Subscriptions"web page.Next charge date is November 16, 2022.Please tell me why it is not December 16, 2022.
