No acces to my Dutch bookkeeping app Davilex

I am sorry to hear that. I would request you to follow the instructions to change the Firewall settings : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from Public to Private and check if it fix the issue. If not please share the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of the error message to check and assist further.

I use that app for a year now. In the last three week I cannot open it and get the following message "Exception BusinessException in module BusinessPackRT.bpl
Unknown error opening the Catalogus Database".
I contacted AVG Netherlands but they cannot help me. The Davilex firm suggested it has to do with a firewall blocking acces. But why did it work in the beginning?
