Is this the way I am supposed to get help from AVG?
I paid for a subscription for Ultimate protection with 5 devices which I purchased at staples. I activated it online. This morning I purchased tuneup online with my credit card. Neither are showing up in my account when I sign in.
As far as support goes I hope it is better then this. There are times when I want to speak to a rep via phone. I am hoping that is possible!!
