I put in a refund request yesterday and was provided with this message at the end: "You will receive an acknowledgement email with your case number. In case you do not receive the email shortly, please check your SPAM folder."
This morning there was no such email in my inbox or junk folder, so I thought the request may not have gone through, so I put another request in this morning, and I haven't had an email acknowledging that request either.
How do I find out if my request has actually gone through?
