We purchased AVG 2014 Internet Security last year for all of the computers in the house. All of a sudden I got on my computer and my AVG has shut off, and will not turn on. I have tried uninstalling through the control panel and through the latest 2014 download file, and then repairing through the latest download file, and I keep getting the error that I can't stop the AVG firewall service because I don't have access even though I am using the only administrator account on my computer. I tried the reset access tool and it didn't work, and I tried the AVG removal tool and it gives me the error that it cannot connect to the internet. What can I do to get my AVG working again?
