Alan, it worked! I don't know where the Trojan is, but at least now my AVG is showing to be Active. Thanks! If you have any ideas on how to remove the Trojan, please send.
Hi Dianne,
In order to analyze it please provide us with http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/ and http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/ .
Thanks
First, my AVG scan said that I had Small.guh trojan detected but that it could not be removed because "element cannot be found." Next came all sorts of strange things such as a siren when I went to another website. Now when I click AVG, it says No Active Components. I have Windows 8.1 on a brand new Dell Inspiron 1500. Help!!!
