No AVG Account recognised, no AVG Anti-virus security

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have purchased AVG Anti-Virus (2 computers) license that expires on 4th December 2018.
Please open AVG Antivirus free on your PC and click on "My AVG" and select "My Subscriptions".
Check whether you have an option as "Enter license".
If yes, click on it and enter the purchased license number and keep me informed about the status.

I noticed that my AVG Anti-virus desktop icon has been replaced by an AVG -Free icon and furthermore, when you click on this, it sys that my security is out-of-date. I cannot log into my Account because it is not recognised on the AVG website, yet I have been able to print off my Invoices for renewal of AVG Anti-virus for 2 computers (2 years) from 2012 until 19-11-2018. I have paid for the product, in other words, until 19th November 2018 but no longer have the use of it!

It has been taken away from me - without any advance warning or notice, let alone with my permission. What exactly is going on? Why haven't I been notified? When will this be put right? The product is not fit for purpose, which in the UK is illegal. 
I have been with AVG for a number of years, but having read the reports on review websites, like a lot of other very dissatisfied AVG customers, this is the last time!!

Please give me back my AVG internet security somebody, which I have paid and am entitled to!
