Hello David,
I apologize for the inconvenience caused. The chat session got disconnected due to some technical difficulties. Regarding the AVG Internet Security conflict issues: I request you to repair AVG Internet Security (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG) at first, update (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > update) it one more time and reboot your computer once. After reboot, I also request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access all the websites/links with enabled AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.
Ok so I signed on to chat and waiting a half hour after it said I was connected and then it displayed the agents Name. Never got a response, so I am posting the problem here since AVG is not supporting a paid customer, how disrespectful.

I can not have this software claiming everything is a virus, which is what it has done. I need this issue fixed, I need to be able to click on search links and links on web pages without AVG cancelling and quarantining 75% of what I am doing. Today it even quarantined a hyper link I put in a word document, as soon as I finished the link it killed it.
Hello, my name is Selva. Welcome to AVG Customer Care.
Last night I was re-installing SolidWorks, and AVG kept killing the installation, I finally had to totally disable AVG to complete the installation.
Is someone here?
Look I do not have all day to sit here and wait for someone to come online.
