I occationally need AVG disable.  Usually for moving certain types of files.  That is not the issue since I can't to that. I get this pop up, and unlike before and on other PC's, I get no buttons.User-added image

As I've explained in my original statement I have tried that several times as well as uninstall and reinstalling, MANY times, and in several different ways, including uninstalling with the tool.

When I try to disable AVG (which is the important part here), or use other select advanced features, I get the dialog box that blanks out my computer and says basically 'Are You Sure, this could be a legit action or malware taking over'.  Yet unlike every other machine I've ever done this on, I do not have the Ok or Cancel buttons, instead it just sits there for 60 seconds and then goes away with making the changes I want.  I've tried adding a password, removing a password to AVG, repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling (several different ways each time) and still nothing inside the box for me to click on. I am the only user on this computer and it is an admin. Please help, I am a huge fan of this product and been using it for I can't even remember how long and would like to continue to use it.  But until this is resolved I will be using another antivirus program… and I dont like that.

Ash, as the issue persists after reinstallation, I have sent an email to connect to our remote experts to check this further.
