Hi Matt,
I just tested it and it works fine for me. To analyze it we would need content of /Library/Logs/com.avg.Antivirus and /Library/Application Support/com.avg.Antivirus folders.
You can upload collected data to our ftp (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-upload-a-file-to-our-FTP-server) or any favorite online service and share link with us.
Thanks
I currently use the free version of AVG AntiVirus on my mac. Each time AVG tries to update the virus definitions, it says that there is "no connection to update server, please try again." The wifi on my mac is turned on and signed in to my home wifi, but I still get that same message. Does anyone who also uses a mac and uses AVG AntiViurs have this problem as well?
