No coverage of AVG Ultimate protection after having purchased by sending a money order

I have already written this once and if this keeps up I will take steps to be reimbursed the $29.99 that I sent to your bank in Toronto according to the records you have when a customer makes a purchase. I was unable to do a money transfer, so sent the money directly to your bank with all pertinent information written on the money order form. my email is srenaud508@gmail.com.
