No customer support

I just spent 48 minutes on hold … to get to talk with a customer service / tech support person…
 the actual conversation was such that I was off the phone at ( total time) 1 hour and 3 minutes.

WARNING … NO… CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF.
Although the person was able to help resolve me need… 48 minutes… HELL no

If anyone can recommend a quality internet security provider that also has customer support… that doenst cost me A DAMN HOUR…
