No Internet Access

I cannot access mobile internet when I after I nstall the Mobile Security on iPhone.
I have turned off VPN  in  app but still cannot access.
It is only after I deleted VPN profile in settings that I am able to access mobile internet.
This is as good as not iusing AVG mobile:(
Can anyone advise:?

It is the AVF Web Protection (Mobile) that I deleted to resolve the issue
