Secondly, please check if you put any programs to sleep using AVG TuneUp.
If you did, please awaken them, restart your computer once & check if the issue persists.

Since your programm has cleaned up my pc, I do not have access to my Outlook anymore.

Thank you for your reply and your offered help.
Attached a message I get (it looks I can not attache an image in this message, but the AVG TuneUp message says: "Wir deaktivieren es erneut, nachdem Sie es geschlossen haben.")
I normally access the Outlook, using the Outlook email client program
Please can you tell me, how I can awaken the programs I had put to sleep? If nesseccary.
Looking forwar to hear from you soon and hope that the Outlook will work as before.
