No oportunity to open AVG ZEN

Dear Mr. Kishore,
I followed Your recommandations but without success. Afterwards I used Your advise from the last identical problem I had.(id-906b0000000LQUs dated 10.06.2016) The result :
1) Zen problem is resolved - I can open the programme and get proper indication and information.
2) Installation of AVG Anti Virus free was started properly, but interrupted due to McAfee's Live-Save programme. I was advised via an information window : "Deinstall McAfee's Live-Safe programme to continue the installation of AVG Anti Virus Free programme". I do not like to deinstall MacAfee's programme - my question : Is there another way how to continue the installation of AVG Anti Virus without deinstallation of Mcfee's programme ? Please let me know Your recommandations.

I have problems to open AVG ZEN. This happened twice in the past and I was advised to reinstall all my AVG Programmes. My question : Is there another, much more simplier way to get AVG ZEN working again?

thank You for Yourfurther information. I have had some progress with the subject, as follows:
1) I received an information, that avg antivirus program doesn't allow any other antivirus programmes. That means there is no way, following the avg policy, to have two differnt antivirus programs on the same computer. In addition to this info it was explained to me, that the effect appears after an update run initiated by avg. This happened in my case.
2) Because of 1) I deinstalled avg antivirus free and resign on this program. Principally, I don't understand this kind of policy. Some of the users could have a reason for having two different antivirus programs on their computers. I have the argument that two diffent programs have two diffenet scanning procedures and two diffent infection analizes. At the end the user receive an advantage of higher security.
3) In the meantime I have correct function of AVG ZEN and AVG PC TuneUp.
I hope that all the querries are now solved.

Hello Hans,
We do understand your concern. However, please be informed that some security program will conflict sseverely with the installation of AVG and make your computer very slow. So to avoid unnecessary conflict the AVG program giving a message to uninstall McAfee before the installation of AVG. There is no way we can proceed with the installation without uninstalling McAfee.
