I have been an AVG user for a while now but never bothered with an account. Having set one up a matter of 30 minutes ago I went to see the products I have bought and nothing shows. I have been a paid up user of TuneUp utilities for several years and the full internet protection for almost one. I receive regular emails to the address I used to make the account but AVG tells me that no products can be found for that email address.
I have got along fine without an account up until today when I thought I might finally get one. I know I have fully paid for versions so I am not all that worried but it would be nice to see them in my account. It would also be nice for AVG to recognize my email and products seeing as they send me emails regularly to that address.
Anyone have an idea how I can get my products to show?
