Hello everyone so I bought the AVG security subscription for 1 year, but a few minutes after I bought the subscription, I’ve gotten an email saying that the subscription was canceled and that the money will be given back automatically.
I have the email saying it was canceled +the order ID number +the message with the bank transaction
I saw online that I should have gotten the refund after 7 business working days, and here I am now, 8 business days later, still with no refund
Does anyone know what should I do?
