'no reply' email

Hi,
On October 5, I received a 'no reply' email from AVG. It was impossible for me to read it because the verification link had expired, so I don't know what that email contained. I submitted a new request but have not received a response so far. . Was this to resolve my issue that I paid to purchase avg ultimate but haven't received a setup file yet? Either I want to use ultimate or I want a refund! I have already sent the proof of payment on October 6. Regards,
