Hi,

I got an email about my auto renewal and that my card ending in (lots of stars and no numbers) would be charged. I logged into my account and it said I have no subscriptions. I shouldn’t be getting charged for anything if I have no subscriptions? Can someone please check my account/email to check if I might have another account or something, and please cancel the auto renew since I can’t access anything to do so?

Hi Sarath 

yes please, I went looking myself to try and cancel it, but seeing as I am unable to do it myself would you please cancel the auto-renewal as stated above?
