I don't have any subscription that I have to pay for on my computer (only AVG Anti Virus Free). Nevertheless Digital Rivers informed me on 23 December 2019 (!) that they would withdraw 109,90 € for a subscription that I allegedly ordered on 14 August 2019 (order number 65397196500 ) and that will expire on 6 February 2020. I can't find any subscriptions on my account. Two e-mails to support-de@help.avg.com haven't been answered by now. By the way, on that particular day in August I travelled about 1000 km by car back from our vacation, it doesn't seem very likely that I dealt with computer stuff …The phone number (800) 598-7450 that Digital Rivers shows in another window doesn't exist.
I do NOT want ANY AVG software that I have to pay for! Could somebody confirm my request? I'm not looking forward to having to ask for refundig that amount…
