When checking your account we don't see any changes happened on your email address. Your products are still active under s**@alisar.eu email address, please login to your AVG my account using the same email address and check if the products are displaying there.
If the products are not found there please share us the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot) of the My Products tab in AVG My account to check and assist you further.

I have recently changed my email, but my old address points to my new one, for the time being. I have purchased numerous .AvG products under my steve@alisar.eu even Ultimate. Now all my purchased subscriptions don't appear. My phone which I purchased AVG for recently did a phone update, now AVG free appears with pesky adverts and the, upgrade offer. I have got ultimate but can't download to my phone now either. You happily take the money, but the service is awful. I know I pay for subscriptions I do not need if I have ultimate! How do I manage my account, how do I reinstate my phone. Steve
