If you are logged into the AVG app (in mobile device) using your e-mail address, you will be able to view your AVG android subscriptions (AVG Cleaner/AVG Secure VPN) under your AVG MyAccount. Please keep us informed if you face this issue after this time frame.

I purchased AVG through Google play and have recently renewed but when I try to access my account to set up anti theft on a new phone I am told I have no subscription.
