No subscriptions showing

Hello Leigh.
We regret to hear that the subscription does not appear under AVG MyAccount. You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial). Would you like to cancel it and get a refund?

So I got charged after the trial and got the email saying about it but it says in my avg i have no subscriptions what so ever which means i can not request a refund even on a product i literally cant use
