I purchased an new license to go to internet security 2015.Does this mean that I can now use my purchased version of AVG antivirus 2014 to put on another persons PC.I do hope that it will be possible on Christmas day to give my relative avg 2014 antivirus.

I upgraded AVG antivirus 2014 to AVG internet security 2015.I now have antivirus 2014 which is lying in my draw which I have no use for as I now have internet security meaning that I have no use for antvirus 2014.Can I put this on another persons computer so that they can make use of this software? Like I said I have no use for AVG 2014 antivirus anymore & would like to give this away to another person as a Christmas present.Will it be possible for me to do this.

Dion, If the computer was yours I don't think there would be a problem. Typical article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-transfer-AVG-license-to-a-new-computer), The license number is acrually tied into your email address. I think you'll need to clarify rhe situ with AVG. Have a look @ this new form link (http://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get chat & phone support.
